Option groups are reusable choices you attach to products — sizes, milk, syrups, toppings. Edit an option's price delta and it updates everywhere it's used. Assign groups (and hide individual options) per product in the product editor.

Drink prices — every drink with sizes, Small / Medium / Large per price level. Shop decides which sizes a drink has (blank = that size isn't sold). Platforms = Wolt, Uber Eats & Lieferando; BER = the airport. A blank Platforms/BER cell = same as the shop price; - (or x) in a Platforms cell = not sold on platforms (the shop still sells that size). Changed cells turn yellow — one Save changes saves them all.

Synced from e2n — names and IDs are managed there. You can only enable or disable POS login here. The 4-digit PIN is the employee's e2n ID.

Promotions are automatic discounts — combo deals & happy hours — applied at checkout. The single best promo for the basket wins (they never stack); a manual staff discount still applies on top. Match by Donuts, Drinks, Boxes or Retail (the till's categories) — or a specific product.

Channel fiscalization — how each online channel's orders are booked. Book = record it in the ledger at all. TSE = it's a Kassenvorgang (TSE-signed & in the DSFinV-K export); off = revenue only, in DATEV but not the Kassen-export (Steuerberater-gated). Tender = its DSFinV-K Zahlart (revenue channel). DATEV account = the Gegenkonto (clearing/receivable) its revenue books against; blank = Geldtransit. Wolt is normally merchant-of-record — review with the Steuerberater. Print receipt = the Orders iPad also prints the Beleg for this channel's orders (a packing ticket, plus a barista ticket when there are drinks, always prints); Mergeport orders follow their platform's row (ubereats / wolt / lieferando); a mergeport row only applies to orders from a platform we don't map yet. Not for kiosk: the customer gets the Beleg at the kiosk, the iPad ignores this there. A channel that isn't booked prints no Beleg.
